Reflection writing

When I came across this subject, I was thinking about how I am surrounded by people from different countries and how everyone's food culture is different. I spent four years in Australia before studying in the UK, during my junior high school years. My English teacher ate a pastry made by a classmate, but she didn't know it contained peanuts, to which she was allergic. This inspired me and I found out that many people are allergic to eggs and nutty foods.The whole project has generally gone well. The project also gave me a great opportunity to get to know students from different countries in depth and learn about different food cultures. I tried to understand their food culture and it was very rewarding for me!There is certainly a lot of room for improvement in my project, in terms of the use of different angles, lighting and materials. Too much of the material used was ultra light clay, but there could have been more interesting materials used.
